I moved the blog site to a permanent location on my personal site at Bob’s Blog

Healthcare … the word can make some people cringe. It is fractured and fragmented with key players (payers, providers, pharma) disconnected from one another. Consumers want to be enabled with tools and information to make the right decisions. Consumers want care quality that is affordable. Consumers want to be able to trust the key players to guide them toward better health.

We need to get on the same page if we are to improve health care and engage people to better health.  It’s time to pick up fragmented interactions and build coordinated experiences. Surface ideas of what a consumer view means and start a common dialog … dialogs can lead to coordinated action between key players and consumers. Coordinated, connected care is the goal; not volume and profit. We can be happier and healthier and it starts with each of us being accountable for our health. In a consumer world, health is a lifestyle!
